Delegate List
An attendee list will be supplied to all NSC attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. Please email Conference Design if you do not wish to have your details included on the delegate list. The list will not include contact details.

Dress
Dress throughout the NSC is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description.
Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the ASA or Conference Design Pty Ltd covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the NSC or for theft or damage to belongings.
Messages
A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.
Name Badges
Name badges will be issued when registering at the conference. For security purposes the conference name badge must be worn at all times during the conference and social functions.
Parking
Limited undercover parking is available at the venue at a cost and a number of commercial car parks are located nearby.
Privacy
Conference Design Pty Ltd will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles
Smoking
The conference and social functions are non-smoking
Special Requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.
Weather
During conference the daily mean maximum temperature is 16.9°C and the mean minimum temperature is 7.8°C. Visit the Bureau of Meteorology for more information.
